Home visits

Home visits can be arranged for those patients too ill to attend the surgery. Please be considerate when using this service and telephone the surgery before 10:30am. The receptionist may ask for further information to enable the doctor to determine the priority and nature of the visit.

Out of Hours

In an emergency, please ring the surgery telephone number and you will be diverted to the Out of Hours service (0845 608 0275), NHS 111 (free from landlines and mobiles).

If you are confronted by a serious medical problem such as severe chest pain or heavy bleeding call an ambulance on 999.

Call 111 when it's less urgent than 999

If you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency

  • you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service

  • you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call

  • you need health information or reassurance about what to do next
